TOS/FAQ

💟We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. If you have a beware on you or a negative history in the community please do not contact or attempt to commission us. If I find out you have a beware on you, your money will be refunded, Without the deposit, and the order will be cancelled. (refer to refund policy below)

💟You must be 18 or older to commission or purchase our suits.(**see below**)

💟All prices are in USD. Please be aware of that when you purchase and/or commission one of us.

💟Work will not commence until payment has been received in full or the required deposit has been made, depending on the terms of your commission or purchase.

💟Do not order expecting immediate shipping. You are buying a handmade product that is made to order. Expect at least 1-4 months of wait time, if not longer. (see Trello for updated wait times)

💟We may not always work on suits in order. If we need to wait for materials, or payments are not complete, I may move on to other projects. However in cases of payment plans we will make sure to have the commission done close to pay off date, as long as deadlines allow(See Trello for updates)

💟To make sure you do not experience additional wait times please make sure to approve changes or suggestions in a timely manner, We will be providing progress photos to each social media platform we have, to keep everyone happy with the outcome. Failure to provide approval or consistent delay May result in you waiting longer to receive your item(s).

💟We all work full time jobs for the time being, so our commission work times are roughly Monday to Thursday.

💟To make sure you are extremely happy with the commission please make sure we have access to your ref sheet(2 sided min.) or Toyhouse, those both are a huge help. Without a ref sheet product may differ from what you expect as we do not know your Fursona as well as you would.

💟if you live in or near New Jersey or attend nearby cons, we can work out a place to meet or drop off at a con and you don’t have to worry about shipping and can wear them immediately.

💟For purchases $750, or more, a deposit is required. deposit is non refundable, as we use this to purchase materials immediately after Commission signing.

💟Failure to abide by the TOS will either result being temporarily dropped from the queue, partial refund, up to loss of refund in extreme cases. These are to ensure you get what you pay for.

Cancellations and refunds - if for any reason you have to cancel your order and want a refund, this is our policy;

•Materials not bought - Refund minus deposit.

•Work started - Partial refund based on how much work was done (Percentage based.)

•Suit finished - Not applicable for refund.

*if for some reason you can’t make a payment right away it doesn’t mean you have to cancel your order. I will hold the suit for you until you are able to pay it off, however if no payment has been made within 2 months (exceptions may be allowed with excellent communication) then i will be altering suit to be resold as a premade.

💟Suits will not be shipped until completion of payments, NO EXCEPTIONS.

💟 In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue legal action. Chargebacks will be considered an intentional violation of our agreement and treated as theft of time, skill, and product.
